Hi there! I'm Rob. I am a senior director of engineering at Lattice where I lead the engineering org building the Lattice HRIS. Before Lattice, I was the head of engineering at Mainstay.io, a startup I helped spin out from Opendoor during my tenure there.

I have also held engineering leadership roles at Dropbox and Dreamworks Animation.
